On April 14, Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan met with second and third presidents of the Artsakh Republic Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan.
The interlocutors stressed the role of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs’ format in the comprehensive settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
It appears Pashinyan now believes that if the security and rights of Artsakh Armenians are guaranteed, where Karabakh ends up on the global map is of secondary import.
The third meeting of the Special Representatives for the normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey will again take place again in Vienna.
"Armenia's security system is being destroyed by such statements, which are conditioned by narrow political interests and have no professional grounds,” Tatoyan wrote.
