During the meeting the interlocutors discussed issues related to the further development and strengthening of relations between Armenia and Qatar in the field of foreign policy.
The governmental delegation headed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited Qatar National Library in Doha, where temporary exhibition entitled "Arabic messages from Armenia. Heritage for Cultural Dialogue" has been opened.
The only official Armenian reaction was made by Eduard Aghajanyan, Chair of the Armenian National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Foreign Relations.
Arguing that there’s no objective criteria for measuring popularity, the Armenian Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport (ESCS) proposes to revoke the honorific titles of “People’s/Meritorious Artist”.
