High Commissioner of Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan today reported that his office received 8,000 repatriation applications in 2022 and that work is underway to create a Repatriation and Integration Center in Armenia to facilitate their relocation.
Pashinyan, at today’s parliamentary Q&A session, prefaced his remarks by noting the devastating fire at Yerevan’s Surmalu Market that killed sixteen and injured scores of others.
The Artsakh government reports that since the closure of the Lachin Corridor Azerbaijan has blocked gas supplies a total of six times prior to today.
The Yerevan Municipality reports the fire safety violations have been fixed and a deadline to correct other violations at the market has been issued.
"The purpose of the book is to spread and popularize Armenian culture outside the borders of Armenia, to neutralize historical and legal distortions and the spread of misinformation," Armenia’s Ministry of Education reports.
