Tavush Primate Galstanyan announced the demand at a protest rally in Yerevan in opposition to the ongoing process to demarcate the border with Azerbaijan.
One woman, who told Hetq that she joined Nikol Pashinyan who led a 2018 country-wide march on Yerevan to depose then President Serzh Sargsyan, has now joined the protesters seeking to oust Pashinyan.
A rally is scheduled in Yerevan’s Republic Square today.
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan marked May 9, Victory and Peace Day in Armenia, by visiting Yerevan’s Haghtanak (Victory) Park and laying flowers at the Unknown Soldier’s monument.
