The conference, which is scheduled to take place in Yerevan, Armenia, took center stage as European and Armenian officials gathered to outline key priorities and preparatory milestones.
In the lawsuit, Pashinyan’s legal counsel, Arman Nersisyan, characterizes the allegations as entirely false, malicious, and defamatory.
Mayor Dyer expressed his gratitude for the reception, noting that his visit holds deep personal and political significance due to Fresno's historic and influential Armenian demographic.
The delegation was led by Kristina Kvien, the think tank's executive director and the former United States Ambassador to Armenia.
