
Constitutional Court Seat Remains Vacant: Parliament Rejected Vagharshyan’s Candidacy
The National Assembly, by a vote of 53-30, rejected Arthur Vagharshyan’s candidacy as a Constitutional Court Judge.
Professor Artur Vagharshakyan, a Doctor of Law, who chairs the Department of History and Theory of State and Law at Yerevan State University’s Faculty of Law, was the fifth candidate rejected by the Parliament.
