Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today reported that tomorrow, November 17, at 10:00, the Stepanakert-Berdzor-Goris highway will start operating safely.

Such assurance was given to him by the Commander of the Russian Peacekeeping Troops in Artsakh, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.

In addition, Harutyunyan reported today that the Martakert-Karvachar-Vardenis highway will operate as well until at least November 25.

"The NKR authorities, in cooperation with the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops, are working to ensure the security of passage of the Artsakh population with the outside world. Our citizens can now feel safe and return to their homes," said Harutyunyan.
