Assets of "Hayk" Newspaper Seized by Court
On February 19, employees of the Kentron and Nork Marash division of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts froze the property and cash accounts of the "Hayk" newspaper. The move was the result of a court brought by the "Gind" Publishing House against the paper and its owner, Mr. A. Martirosyan, to recoup some 2.7 million drams in unpaid expenses.
