Armenian President Armen Sarkissian leaves for Germany tomorrow at the invitation of German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

Sarkissian is scheduled to meet with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, President of the Bundestag Wolfgang Schäuble, and German President Steinmeier.

An Armenian government press release says that bilateral cooperation will be the topic of the day.

Sarkissian is also expected to  participate in discussions organized by the Munich International Security Conference. The Armenian president will visit the German Red Cross, which for the last 30 years has implemented a number of successful projects in Armenia.

Sarkissian will also a concert of Armenia’s National Philharmonic Orchestra, at the renowned Konzerthaus Berlin, dedicated to the 115th birth anniversary of the great composer Aram Khatchaturian.
