The case of smuggling monkeys from Guinea, which has been studied for the past two years by Armenia’s State Revenue Committee (SRC), has been dropped.
The unacceptable situation has come to an end; however its full resolution lies ahead.
Maybe Sargsyan just doesn’t care what people think of him. It could also be that he and his cronies live in a world so far removed from the trials and tribulations of the common-folk, that they really can’t see beyond their villas and the walls of the presidential palace.
Armen Martirosyan, vice president of the Armenia’s opposition Heritage Party (Zharangutyun), has been charged with “Organizing mass disorder”, according to Article 225 of Armenia’s Constitution.
