Hayk Marutyan, who was ousted yesterday as Yerevan mayor in a no-confidence vote, today thanked his staff for their productive work during the past three years.
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and visiting CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas met today in Yerevan for a discussion on the situation in the South Caucasus and in the CSTO sphere of influence overall.
Yesterday, the Yerevan Municipal Council ousted Hayk Marutyan as mayor in a no-confidence vote. Most of the My Step (Im Kayl) members aligned with Pashinyan voted to remove Marutyan who was elected to the post in 2018 on the My Step electoral list.
The office of Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan has purchased twelve 2022 model Lada Niva Legend cars at 5.8 million AMD ($11,800) each.
The Hayastan (Armenia) and With Honor parliamentary factions, in a statement, said that such meetings with Pashinyan took place in October 2020, during the Karabakh war, and are still being manipulated and distorted by the prime minister.
Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan today said that Armenia is ready to dialog with Turkey but that no formal agenda has yet to be formulated.
