Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission has published the ballots casts by Armenian diplomatic staffers and their family members around the world via electronic voting.
The polls closed today in Armenia with 49.4% of eligible voters casting ballots to elect the country’s new parliament and, by extension, the next prime minister.
As of 5pm local time, 989 972 or 38.17% out of Armenia’s 2,593,572 eligible voters had cast ballots in the special parliamentary elections today, this according to Central Electoral Commission Secretary Armen Smbatyan.
As of 2pm local time, 695,626 or 26.82% out of Armenia’s 2,593,572 eligible voters have cast ballots in the special parliamentary elections today, this according to Central Electoral Commission member Silva Markosyan.
There are 2,583,823 eligible voters will decide between twenty-one political parties and four alliances.
